FEE and CANCELLATION POLICY:
ü
Deposit of $2,100 for each day reserved
must be received by Jerry L. Newman Mediations at least
twenty‑one (21) days in advance of the scheduled
arbitration in order to hold this day on our calendar.
If the funds are not timely received, the arbitration
may be removed from our calendar at the arbitrator’s
discretion. If the arbitration is canceled or
rescheduled, and the arbitrator does not receive written
notice of this at least fourteen (14) days before the
originally-scheduled arbitration, the parties will be
responsible for a cancellation fee of $1,100 for each
day reserved. If the arbitration is canceled or
rescheduled and the arbitrator does not receive written
notice of this at least seven (7) days before the
originally-scheduled arbitration, the parties will be
responsible for a cancellation fee of $2,100 for each
day reserved.

If the arbitration occurs on the date or
dates originally scheduled, all deposit monies paid will
be credited to whichever party or parties paid the
deposit.
RATES:
$2,100 for each day up to six (6) hours plus $350 per
hour for each additional hour.
MINIMUM FEE:
$2,100 per day
SERVICES CHARGED FOR:
ü Review of all documents
submitted; telephone conferences; hearings; preparation
of documents and correspondence; arbitration session(s);
consideration of evidence; preparation of arbitration
decision – all at $350 per hour.
ü Travel time at $150 per
hour to and from arbitration site if held outside
Hillsborough County.
ü Airfare and overnight
accommodations if arbitration is held outside
Hillsborough County, and if necessary.
PAYMENT:
ü Within thirty (30) days of
arbitration
